Lyf: a social network built around support
Headed up mobile development for Lyf, a social media app focused on peer support. Owned the mobile stack end to end: architecture and feature delivery in Swift (iOS) and Kotlin/Java (Android), API specification with the backend team, and app store releases on both platforms.
Introduced agile workflows and restructured project management, giving the small team a predictable delivery rhythm.
